Welcome to Miami Elite!

"Helping Athletes Improve, One Stride at a Time"

 

At Miami Elite, we employ a scientific approach to training to ensure our athletes perform at their best; we tailor our training plans based on individual needs to develop each athlete in a safe, effective, and age-appropriate way; we offer training year-round and focus on getting competitive athletes in shape to compete in road races, Cross-Country races, and Track and Field meets; and we prepare our high-school athletes for their respective district, regional, and state championships.

Our first-time runners are introduced to the sport and taught fundamental skills. As they progress through their training and improve, they will have the option to compete in events if desired.  

 

Mostly, we strive to help all our athletes improve their times and compete at the next level.

About Miami Elite

Miami Elite Track Club was incorporated in Miami as a non-profit organization in the summer of 2010. The team was established to help youth athletes develop healthy lifestyles and achieve athletic goals. Through structured training, practices, and athletic events, each athlete is taught the value of hard work, leadership, and perseverance. Miami Elite is a tool for each athlete to succeed in all areas of commitment—on and off the track.

 

Our programs are designed to instill healthy habits to be carried throughout the rest of each athlete's life. Studies show that lifestyle changes made at an early age are more likely to be kept throughout adulthood.

 

Our mission is to attend to every individual regardless of athletic ability. We tailor our programs to fit every individual's needs rather than a "one size fits all" plan.
